EAGLE Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) - Future EAGLE

The US Army is planning to hold an Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) for the Enhanced Global Army Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program. The event aims to provide updates to industry on the current and future state of the EAGLE program. The APBI will include a morning session for current EAGLE BOA holders and an afternoon session open to all interested vendors. The Government encourages all interested small businesses to participate and provide feedback, which will help shape discussion topics for the event. • The EAGLE program is a logistics enterprise that aims to provide a seamless transition from the "fort to the foxhole." • The LOGCAP VI Small Business Suite is a dedicated suite that moves away from restrictive requirements contracts and provides small businesses with unprecedented prime-level opportunities. • The suite includes a flexible IDIQ structure, direct prime-level opportunities for small businesses, and an innovative "Small Business with Prime Surge" model to guarantee surge capacity for mobilization. • The Government is seeking industry feedback on the LOGCAP VI Small Business Suite and will release additional RFIs on focused topics. • A small business industry event is planned for August/September 2026.
