MTC-OCM-CATERING, CONF SPACE & HOTELS

The Massachusetts Trial Court is seeking vendors to provide catering, conference space, and hotel accommodations for various events and engagements. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for vendors to be added or removed during that time. Vendors must have at least two years of experience in the category they are bidding on and must be able to provide invoicing and accept payment via EFT. The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's ability to meet the requirements outlined in the RFR, including pricing, service, and quality. • The RFR is divided into three categories: general catering and food delivery services, conference space with catering services available, and hotel room accommodations with conference space and catering services available. • Vendors may bid on one or more categories. • The contract will be managed by the Procurement Coordinator and the Contract Manager. • Payment will be made through EFT, and vendors must agree to offer discounts through participation in the Commonwealth Prompt Payment Discount initiative. • The RFR includes various attachments, including a Bidder Response Form, Vendor Acceptance Form, and Certificate of Non-Collusion Form.
