Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a qualified vendor to assist its Office of Small Business Services with the administration of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Airport Concession DBE (ACDBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) programs. The contractor will act on behalf of ODOT to perform certification, compliance monitoring, reporting, and outreach activities related to the Unified Certification Program (UCP) that serves all USDOT recipients in Ohio. This effort supports federal‑aid requirements and aims to ensure equitable participation of disadvantaged businesses in state‑wide transportation projects.
• Provide DBE, ACDBE, and SBE certification services, including application review and approval.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, data reporting, and audit support for ODOT and federal agencies.
• Develop and deliver outreach, training, and support to small businesses seeking certification.
• Maintain liaison with the Ohio Unified Certification Program and coordinate with other USDOT recipients.
• Supply documentation, metrics, and recommendations to satisfy federal‑aid compliance obligations.
