NOTICE- NASPO OR PA- Procurement Assistance & IT Support Services

The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services, State Procurement Services (DAS SPS), intends to enter into multiple Participating Addenda under the solicitation for category 1 only at this time. The State of Oregon will enter into a Participating Addendum with one or more of the awardees who scored more than 700 points in either category in the NASPO solicitation and who are able to provide Services for State of Oregon Purchasing Entities. The services include procurement assistance and IT support services. • The State of Oregon will only negotiate the following areas of the Participating Addendum: categories or subcategories of services, and ordering process. • State of Oregon Purchasing Entities will conduct a separate best value selection process to award an order to a holder of a Participating Addendum. • Interested persons may submit protests to this Amendment to the Notice of Intent to Participate and Award a Participating Addendum under one or more of the Master Agreements.
