Fire Truck Wireless Headsets

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to deliver, remove existing legacy communication systems, and install new wireless headset and intercom systems across three critical fire apparatus: Engine 6, Engine 7, and Rescue 5. The work must be completed within 45 days after the award of the contract. The contractor must provide a quote and technical narrative that meets the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government, considering factors such as technical capability, price, and delivery terms. • The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. • The contractor must ensure that NAICS Code 334220 is active on their SAM profile. • The contractor must comply with all provisions and clauses incorporated by reference, including those related to health and safety, contractor access to Department of the Air Force installations, and emergency operational reporting.
