Description:
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is offering grant opportunities to restore and protect rivers and streams in support of fisheries and wildlife. The grants are funded by Proposition 68 and will be awarded to projects that improve a community's ability to adapt to the impacts of climate change, improve and protect coastal and rural economies, and enhance drought tolerance and water retention. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and tribal governments.
