Complexity Level IV Plan Services

The PBGC is seeking actuarial support to close out three Complexity Level IV pension plans. The contractor will deliver a suite of actuarial products and related services, ensuring compliance with Title IV of ERISA and timely completion of required deliverables. • Provide Benefit Statements and Retirement Statements (BSRS) for each plan. • Produce Actuarial Case Reports (ACR) and post‑valuation support. • Manage an Information Technology program and overall program management for the three plans. • Perform work under a 12‑month performance window (Oct 2026 – Oct 2027) and coordinate with existing incumbents (Sears and McClatchy) for continuity.
