Recording of District Meetings

The Lakewood Board of Education is seeking a vendor to provide a complete audiovisual solution for recording, live‑streaming, and archiving its board and district meetings. The contractor must supply equipment, on‑site staff, bilingual streaming, two‑year archival storage, and detailed analytics for each event, with a minimum service block of three hours per meeting and hourly billing for additional time. The contract runs through June 30 2019 with two optional one‑year renewals, and the award must be made within 60 days of the bid opening. • Provide 1080p (or higher) audio‑video‑lighting equipment and on‑site crew for set‑up, recording/streaming, and breakdown. • Deliver real‑time bilingual (English & Spanish) live streams and retain recordings for up to two years, with analytics reports within 24 hours of each meeting. • Supply streaming URLs at least two hours before each event and hand over all data within 90 days of contract termination.
