Ohio University - Ohio Rural Health Workforce Pipeline

Ohio University, in partnership with The Health Collaborative and the Rural Health Transformation Steering Committee, is soliciting proposals to design and implement an Ohio Rural Health Workforce Pipeline program. The effort aims to strengthen the pipeline of health professionals serving rural communities through education, training, recruitment, and retention initiatives. Proposals must be submitted via the university’s e‑Sourcing platform by the close date. <br/>• Target audience: prospective health‑care workers, educational institutions, and community partners in rural Ohio.<br/>• Scope includes program design, curriculum development, outreach strategy, partnership coordination, and performance measurement.<br/>• Required deliverables: detailed work plan, timeline, budget, staffing plan, and evaluation framework.<br/>• Funding is provided by Ohio University; contractors must comply with university procurement policies.<br/>• Questions must be submitted by 09/30/2026; final proposals due 10/12/2026.
