Multiple Playground Maintenance - South of SW 104th Street to Countyline

This Contract is intended to provide services on an as-needed basis across multiple locations within Miami Dade County Park Facilities, as may be requested by the Owner. This is a blanket project which is work order driven. 1. Contractor shall review all documents, specifications, plans and scope of work provided by the Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Construction & Maintenance Division Project Manager for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to: repair, renovate, or replace playground structures and playground surfacing , including but not limited to EWF replenishments ,sand/P.I.P EWF conversions, P.I.P repairs, curbing repairs/installation , Turf repairs , playground structure painting, pressure cleaning, playground furniture replacements, shade structures with hardware installation/repairs and related work to all Miami Dade County Park Facilities South of SW 104th Street to Countyline. Experience Requirement: Bidder or vendor key personnel experience shall have completed at least two (2) commercial playground projects of similar size and scope in accordance with Resolution No. R-1122-21 to include: a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) Certification held by Owner, principal or direct employee of the company actively engaged in the scope of work. Bidder shall provide evidence of this experience; project names; dollar values and contract information for verification purposes. The experience of the bidding or proposing Contractors’ key personnel will be considered in assessing the Contractor’s experience. This information should be entered on form 00450 Bidder's Statement of Qualifications and Business References, highlighting at least two comparable projects and using additional pages as needed. Submitters shall provide correspondence on manufacturer letterhead stating that either their firm or their listed subcontractor is authorized to do installation of playgrounds and parks equipment. A copy of the manufacturer's approval on letterhead shall accompany the submittal package. CPSI Certification Requirement: Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) Certification held by Owner, principal or direct employee of the company actively engaged in the scope of work. Manufacturer's Approval Requirement: Submitters shall provide correspondence on manufacturer letterhead stating that either their firm or their listed subcontractor is authorized to do installation of playgrounds and parks equipment. A copy of the manufacturer's approval on letterhead shall accompany the submittal package. All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by 10/05/2026 to [email protected] and copy the Clerk of the Board at [email protected]. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Verbal statements made by the County or the Owner’s Representative that are not contained in an RPQ or addendum to the RPQ are not binding on the County and should not form any basis for a bidder’s response to an RPQ.
