Advertising, Marketing and Media Buying Services

The Office of State Procurement is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive creative marketing, advertising, and media buying services to the Arkansas Lottery. The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising campaigns, managing media buys, and providing public relations services. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
