Veterinary Medical and Pharmaceutical Supplies

Oklahoma State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a broad range of veterinary medical equipment, supplies, and pharmaceutical products on a best‑value basis. The contract will be a one‑year IDIQ with the possibility of up to four annual renewals, covering both individual and bulk quantities, and may include value‑added services such as training or technical support. Bidders must submit a detailed cost proposal in an Excel spreadsheet, disclose any rebates or incentives, and provide references demonstrating experience with similarly sized institutions. • Supply of veterinary‑specific pharmaceuticals, fluids, needles/syringes, sutures, and general veterinary consumables. • Provide shipping, lead‑time, and delivery options (including next‑day shipping if available). • Full disclosure of any manufacturer rebates, volume incentives, or other financial considerations. • Minimum of three references and proof of capability to support a university‑wide veterinary program.
