Intent to Sole Source for Bambi Bucket Parts

The Montana Army National Guard intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed-Price contract to either Dart Aerospace Company or SEI Industries LTD for parts to their existing Bambi Bucket systems. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the Montana Army National Guard anticipates issuing a contract to either Dart or SEI. Any party that believes it can meet this requirement may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform/deliver the requirement. • The contract is for parts to repair existing Bambi Bucket systems originally procured through SEI Industries. • The MTARNG does not intend to pay resale if a vendor simply buys the parts directly from SEI or DART and resells to the government. • Any solution must provide enough details for the Government to understand how the company plans to provide the required parts without compromising warranty or safety of the system.
