Description
The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith is seeking a vendor to design, install, operate, and maintain a comprehensive wired and Wi‑Fi network for its on‑campus residential facilities (Lion’s Den North & South, Sebastian Commons, and associated dining areas). The contract requires new equipment, 1 Gbps wired ports per bedroom, Wi‑Fi 6 coverage, 24/7/365 support, and full lifecycle management with a start‑up deadline of July 1 2025. Evaluation will be based on technical merit (40 pts), experience (30 pts), and price (30 pts).
