The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seek a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, deliver, and optionally install two custom‑designed incline‑plane traps for out‑migrating salmonid smolts on the Sanpoil River. The contract covers full engineering, material selection, construction of aluminum/aluminium frames, perforated ramps, pontoons, winch‑lift systems, live‑box collection wells, rigging, and delivery to the Spirit Ridge site, with the work completed by 31 December 2026.
