Request for Qualifications Utility Infrastructure Services Bid No. RFQ-2026-07-31

The Town of La Plata is seeking qualified contractors to provide services related to various infrastructure and other municipal projects. The projects will include stormwater infrastructure repairs, water meter node repair, fire hydrant repair and maintenance, geotechnical support services, and debris removal within the town limits. The selected contractors will be added to an "on-call" list and will be contacted on an as-needed basis to provide these services. The list will be effective for a period of one year and will be renewable thereafter at the discretion of the town. • The work will include water meter node repairs, stormwater repairs and upgrades, fire hydrant maintenance, geotechnical support services, and debris removal. • Contractors must provide a statement of qualifications, including a cover letter, firm background, project team, relevant experience, technical approach, references, price list, capacity and response time, and insurance and safety information. • The selection process will be based on experience and qualifications, relevant project experience, capacity to perform work, and references and past performance.
