Support Plan for Forensic Laboratory Equipment

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from firms to provide a support plan for forensic laboratory equipment. The support plan must include service visits with a maximum 72-hour response time, one scheduled preventative maintenance visit per year for each piece of equipment, factory-certified replacement parts, and software updates and notifications. The successful vendor must have a minimum of ten years of experience in providing a support plan for crime laboratory equipment. The contract term is two years. • The support plan must include service visits with a maximum 72-hour response time by OEM authorized/certified service engineers. • The support plan must include one scheduled preventative maintenance visit per year for each piece of equipment. • The support plan must include factory-certified replacement parts. • The support plan must include software updates and notifications. • The vendor must have a minimum of ten years of experience in providing a support plan for crime laboratory equipment. • The contract term is two years.
