Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is soliciting vendors to provide Ethernet wireline or fixed‑wireless network services across the state. Respondents must already have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the relevant technical addendum, submit a detailed cost model for each site, and meet guaranteed installation intervals. The award will be based on a composite score of cost, timeline, and local‑loop type, with the highest‑scoring vendor becoming the Apparently Successful Vendor for each site.
