Field House Storage Addition – SOLB 26‑06

The City of Soldotna is seeking qualified firms to submit a firm‑price bid for the construction of a ~4,400 sf pre‑engineered metal building (PEMB) addition to the north end of the existing Soldotna Field House. The work includes demolition of existing conditions, new foundations and floor slab, erection of the metal building envelope, installation of mechanical, electrical, fire‑suppression and low‑voltage systems, site grading, paving, utility extensions, and required permits and inspections.
