Solar PV System Repairs, Operations, and Maintenance

The Richland‑Lexington Airport District is seeking qualified contractors to repair a 1 MW AC solar farm installed in 2017 and to establish a comprehensive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreement for the remainder of the system’s expected service life. A non‑mandatory pre‑proposal meeting will allow bidders to view the site and assess the condition of the solar array. The contract will cover critical repairs, ongoing performance monitoring, preventive maintenance, and long‑term asset management. • Perform corrective repairs on existing PV modules, inverters, wiring, and balance‑of‑system components. • Deliver a multi‑year O&M plan covering inspections, cleaning, performance testing, and fault remediation. • Provide documentation, reporting, and warranty management for the remaining lifespan of the solar installation.
