Planning Services Consultant - Campus Planning Studies

The University of California, Los Angeles is seeking a campus planning consulting team to provide on‑call services for a variety of planning studies that will support long‑range development, individual projects, and updates to the Long Range Development Plan. The work will be performed under a non‑project specific Professional Services Agreement, with individual task authorizations issued as needs arise over a term that may extend up to five years (initial three‑year term with a two‑year option). Aggregate fees are anticipated to be up to $1,000,000, though the total spend is not guaranteed. This opportunity is ideal for firms with demonstrated experience in university campus planning, land‑use analysis, and a broad range of built‑environment projects. • Scope includes broad campus evaluations, focused studies, and development of physical planning and land‑use frameworks for a 20‑25‑year horizon. • Services are on‑call; specific assignments will be authorized incrementally, with fees negotiated per task. • Required experience: prior work in public university settings, familiarity with new construction, infill, renovations, seismic upgrades, accessibility, healthcare, housing, classrooms, labs, dining, and related campus planning issues.
