RFP for Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Service Craft and Boats (SCB) Under N00024-26-R-2200

The Department of the Navy is issuing a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for the Service Craft Boats (SCB) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The SCB MAC is anticipated to result in the award of multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting the acquisition of service craft for the Department of the Navy. The solicitation consists of two contract lots: Lot 1 for Small Business Set-Aside and Lot 2 for Full and Open Competition. • The acquisition is subject to the Department of War Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program. • Offerors shall comply with the CMMC requirements identified in the solicitation. • A virtual walkthrough via Microsoft Teams will be conducted, and participation is voluntary. • The anticipated initial Delivery Order under Lot 2 for the procurement of the Auxiliary Personnel Lighter (APL) will require access to Distribution Statement D technical data.
