Description
LeChase Construction Services, LLC (an EEO employer) is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS MBE/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors who can provide a commercially useful function for the SUNY New Paltz Renovate Peregrine Dining Hall project.The scope of work includes but is not limited to the full interior renovation of Peregrine Dining Hall, including architectural, structural and MEP upgrades, roof and window replacement, improvements to the exterior building envelope, abatement of hazardous materials, construction of a new elevator and enclosure of the space beneath the existing overhang above the first floor.
Note there is a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) on this project.MBE Goal: 18%, WBE: 12%, SDVOB: 6%
