The Stockton Port District is seeking a qualified construction management consultant to act as Owner’s Representative for the renovation of Building 315 (approximately 23,415 SF) into Port Administration offices. The consultant will oversee all phases of construction, coordinate with the architect, general contractor, and Port staff, manage schedule and budget, review change orders and payment applications, and provide close‑out services. The building will remain occupied, requiring phased construction, after‑hours work, and strict coordination to minimize disruption.
