Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical municipal sidewalk replacement costs (approximately $120‑$200 per linear foot) and an estimated 5,000‑10,000 linear feet of sidewalk in the target quadrant, the total contract could range from roughly $600,000 to $2,000,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the exact mileage, condition of existing infrastructure, MWBE subcontracting requirements, and any additional site‑specific work.
