Security and Surveillance Installation, Maintenance, Service and Repair

The City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission are seeking qualified companies for a Master Agreement for Security and Surveillance Installation, Maintenance, Service, and Repair. The agreement will be for a one-year term with the option for two additional one-year terms. Bidders must provide references, insurance requirements, and a quote sheet. The contract will require a performance bond and payment bond for companies selecting the Level 2 or Level 3 thresholds. The city reserves the right to extend the contract beyond the renewal term upon written approval by both parties. Key responsibilities include: • Providing security and surveillance installation, maintenance, service, and repair • Complying with the City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction • Providing emergency services at any time of the day or night • Abiding by the law and notarizing the Employee Classification Act Affidavit • Completing and uploading the certification form for the Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act
