Furnish and Deliver Water Meter Box Lids for the Kahului Warehouse

The County of Maui, Department of Water Supply is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivery of water meter box lids for the Kahului Warehouse. The project requires the delivery of water meter box lids within 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed issued by the Department of Water Supply. • The bid includes the delivery of short plastic meter box lids, long plastic meter box lids, and round plastic meter box lids. • The bidder must provide a truck with a forklift to deliver, off-load, and stack the delivered material at the NASKA warehouse. • The bidder must submit a current Tax Clearance Certificate, Certificate of Good Standing, and Certificate of Compliance. • Liquidated damages of $100 per day will be applied for any delay beyond the specified completion date.
