Camden County College is seeking vendors to supply a broad range of athletic supplies, equipment, uniforms, and related miscellaneous items for its campuses on an as‑needed basis over a one‑year period. The solicitation includes both fixed‑quantity items (e.g., belts, balls, socks, helmets, scorebooks) and discount‑based purchases from major athletic brands and assorted sports‑equipment catalogs. Vendors must submit a sealed bid by the deadline, include all freight and handling costs, and provide required certifications and bonds. The contract runs from July 1 2026 through June 30 2027, with delivery to the college’s shipping and receiving area. • Provide a catalog of athletic goods (BSN Sports, Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, etc.) and quote unit prices or percentage discounts off list prices. • Deliver all items FOB destination; prices must be all‑inclusive of freight, handling, and delivery. • Submit required bid security (10 % of base bid, max $20k) and be prepared to furnish a 100 % performance bond upon award.
