RFP No. 25272009 – Parks Highway Milepost 99 to 163 Drainage and Culvert Improvements Value Engineering Study

The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is seeking a contractor to conduct a Value Engineering Study for the Parks Highway Milepost 99 to 163 Drainage and Culvert Improvements project. The study should be conducted in accordance with State of Alaska Department of Transportation Policy and Procedure (P&P) 05.01.030, and the contractor should provide a Value Engineering Team consisting of a Team Leader and Team Members. The estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately August 2026 to November 2026. • The contractor should have experience in value engineering studies, particularly in drainage and culvert improvements. • The contractor should be able to provide a team with the necessary expertise and qualifications to conduct the study. • The contractor should be familiar with the State of Alaska Department of Transportation Policy and Procedure (P&P) 05.01.030. • The contractor should be able to submit a proposal that conforms to the RFP and includes all specified forms.
