4th of July - Event decor

The U.S. Embassy in Albania is requesting proposals from companies to decorate the Fourth of July Embassy event to be organized at the Palace of Congresses on June 17, 2026. The event will have an estimated attendance of 800-1,000 guests, and the decorations should match the theme of "America's Neighborhood Party." The proposal should include outdoor and indoor decorations, such as uplighting, green outdoor runners, mailboxes, planted decorations, a lemonade stand, rocking chairs, and a house or similar style facade. The contractor should also provide suggestions for flowers, plants, and other decorations to top two covered fountain boxes and for the side of the stage. • The event will be held on June 17, 2026, from 6-9 pm. • The venue is the Palace of Congresses, inside and outside areas. • The estimated attendance is 800-1,000 guests. • The setup begins on June 16, and takedown must be completed by June 18. • The contractor should review the attached presentation on thematic ideas and provide additional suggestions or line items that match the theme and supplement the required items listed. • The contractor should provide a suggestion for flowers, plants, and/or other decorations to top two covered fountain boxes and for the side of the stage.
