Retreat BPA

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide retreat services, including lodging, conference space, developmental activities, food, and eating area with set-up, serving, and cleaning service. The space must have the capacity to host up to 40 couples or 30 singles in a relaxed, non-stressful environment and be located at least 30 miles but no more than 100 miles away from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. The contractor must also have the capability to accept payment via Government Purchase Card. • The contractor will be required to provide a capabilities statement along with price quotes. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor standards and environmental protection. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend for an additional 6 months. • The maximum individual call limit for this contract will be $35,000, with an overall contract ceiling limit of $600,000.
