Intent to Sole Source - Bombardier

The US Air Force is seeking to sole source the purchase of the Bombardier Flight Deck 3 application, which is currently being utilized in the remaining E-11 fleets. The application provides necessary publications and calculations for pilot familiarity and mission success.
