Equipment Maintenance and Repair (EMARS) - Radiation Therapy Systems RFR

The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is seeking qualified firms to provide equipment maintenance and repair services for radiation therapy systems. The selected contractors will be expected to provide testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair services for radiation therapy systems at County medical facilities. The contract will be for an initial term of approximately 6 months, with the option to extend for up to 5 years. • The services are currently provided under an agreement that will expire on January 31, 2023. • The County is looking for contractors with experience in providing maintenance and repair services for radiation therapy systems. • The contract will be a non-exclusive agreement, and the County may award multiple contracts. • The contractors will be required to comply with the County's standard terms and conditions. • The County reserves the right to amend the RFR and make changes to the contract terms.
