WMA-R - BMNET ISP

The War Media Activity – Riverside (WMA-R) intends to execute a bilateral contract modification to provide uninterrupted, redundant internet connectivity and support services. The contract modification will be for a six-month extension, from 01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027. The incumbent, Frontier California Inc., currently provides the specific, proprietary Internet Protocol (IP) range essential to maintain continuous, fail-safe operations with zero unapproved downtime. • The contract requires uninterrupted, high-bandwidth internet connectivity to support WMA-R's 24x7x365 global broadcast mission of the American Forces Network (AFN). • The incumbent provider, Frontier California Inc., has a proprietary IP range that is essential for maintaining continuous operations. • Onboarding an alternative provider is technically and operationally impracticable due to the need for a complete, global reconfiguration of security firewalls and routing tables. • Interested sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government for potential future competitive procurement.
