Spring Fling 2026 – Foam Party

The State of Georgia, Savannah State University, is seeking a qualified special events vendor to provide a turnkey foam party experience for Spring Fling 2026. The contractor shall provide equipment, foam solution, staffing, setup, operation, supervision, and teardown for a safe and engaging foam party environment for a college-age audience. The event is expected to last for a minimum of three hours. The contractor must meet all the delivery requirements specified in the document and provide a minimum of two commercial-grade foam machines designed for continuous operation. The contractor must also provide all necessary hoses, nozzles, operational equipment, and containment measures. • The contractor must provide a non-toxic, hypoallergenic, biodegradable, and safe foam solution for skin, eyes, and clothing. • The contractor must provide current Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all foam materials at least fourteen days prior to the event. • The contractor must provide trained on-site technicians to operate equipment for the duration of the event. • The contractor must provide safety signage and on-site safety monitoring during the event. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the State of Georgia and Savannah State University as additional insured.
