Sources Sought - Procurement of Materials for Mooring Machine

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Portland District is seeking sources for the procurement of materials for the US Moorings Machine Shop. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to procure all materials listed. The materials include various sizes of stainless steel and bronze hollow bars and round bars. The materials shall be delivered to the USACE NWP, Navigation Division, Portland District. The contractor must submit a capability statement that demonstrates how the product meets the salient characteristics required of the product description. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must be registered in the DOD System for Award Management (SAM) via https://www.sam.gov. • The contractor must provide a statement of capability (SOC) that demonstrates their skills, knowledge, experience, and capability to perform the described work. • The contractor must provide a capability statement that demonstrates how the product meets the salient characteristics required of the product description. • The materials shall be delivered to the USACE NWP, Navigation Division, Portland District. • The contractor must meet the requirements identified in the attachment 01 PD_Machine Shop Materials Procurement.pdf.
