Nashua School District AHERA 3 Year Asbestos Inspection

The Nashua School District is seeking a certified consultant firm to perform asbestos inspections in its school buildings. The inspection will result in a report updating the Asbestos Management Plan currently in existence for each building. The district is looking for a firm that can provide an accredited AHERA Inspector on site and a Management Planner to review and complete the AHERA Reinspection report. The scope of work includes inspecting 12 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, and other buildings, and providing a report within 30 days of completing the inspections. • The contract award shall be based on qualifications and cost. • The inspections shall be completed by August 14, 2026. • The report shall be presented to the Nashua School District within 30 days of completing the inspections. • The contractor shall provide recent experience in performing asbestos inspections and proven evidence of ability to successfully perform inspections on time and within budget.
