Richland School District One is looking for a qualified vendor to deliver a complete, turnkey athletic weather alert system that enhances safety for school athletic events, ensures operational consistency, and complies with state and national guidelines, including SCHSL standards. The solution should cover hardware, software, installation, ongoing maintenance, and user training.
• Provide hardware (e.g., sensors, alert panels, signage) suitable for outdoor athletic venues.
• Supply and configure software platform for real‑time weather monitoring and automated alerts.
• Include installation, system integration, and initial staff training.
• Offer maintenance and support services for the life of the contract.
• Ensure compliance with South Carolina High School League regulations.
