Packing and Crating

The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide packing and crating services for the personal property of Department of Defense personnel. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials necessary to provide for the preparation of personal property for shipment and/or storage. The contract will be a firm-fixed price requirements contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor must comply with the Performance Work Statement and the Defense Transportation Regulation. • The contractor will provide all labor, management, supervision, equipment, supplies, communications, and transportation necessary to provide for the packing, crating, storage, and shipment of personal property. • The contractor will comply with the Performance Work Statement and the Defense Transportation Regulation. • The contract will be a firm-fixed price requirements contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. • The contractor must be a small business to be eligible for this contract.
