Base Linen Cleaning

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide base linen cleaning services for the Carolina Pines Inn on Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina. The contract will be for a period of 48 months, with an option to extend for an additional six months. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, materials, and other items necessary to ensure that laundry services are performed in accordance with the contract requirements. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience in providing commercial laundry and dry cleaning services similar in scope and magnitude to the Shaw Air Force Base requirements. • The contractor must provide proof of technical acceptability, including a statement of capabilities and references to support their experience. • The contractor must provide pricing for all contract line items, including the base period and option periods. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
