New Jersey Transit is seeking a qualified supplier to provide a heavy‑duty, pre‑charged, 50 % ethylene‑glycol/50 % water antifreeze coolant blend for its fleet of rail vehicles and associated garage facilities throughout the state. The contract will be a fixed‑price, two‑year base period with two optional one‑year extensions (potential total term of four years). The vendor must supply the coolant in the quantities outlined for each garage (approximately 882,200 gallons over four years), meet all technical specifications in the attached “Specifications” and “Attachment A”, and provide required certifications, insurance, and a 10 % bid bond.
