Rental of Tents, Tables, Chairs

Lakewood Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to provide weekly rentals of event‑type tents, lighting, banquet tables, and plastic folding chairs for the summer 2020 school‑year period. The contract will run from June 16 2020 through August 31 2020 (with possible extensions to June 30 2021) and may be split among multiple bidders based on quantity availability. All equipment must be new, delivered inside school sites, set up, and broken down at contract close, with all costs included in a firm weekly price.
