SC 9 (West Meeting Street) Corridor Study "Corrected"

The Catawba Regional Council of Governments is seeking a qualified consultant to perform a comprehensive corridor study for the SC 9 (West Meeting Street) corridor between Paladin Road and Main Street in the City of Lancaster. The study will assess current transportation conditions, forecast future mobility needs, and develop implementable solutions to improve safety, operations, accessibility, community connectivity, and economic development. • Scope includes data collection, traffic analysis, safety assessments, and stakeholder engagement. • Deliverables: a final study report with recommendations, design concepts, and implementation strategies. • Required expertise: transportation planning, engineering, urban design, and economic development analysis.
