Sources Sought - KC 135 Main Landing Gear Tire Covers

The US Air Force is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide KC-135 Main Landing Gear tire covers. The covers must be manufactured in accordance with 1C-135-2-2-2 Para 13.2.2 and must cover the entirety of the aircraft wheel during aircraft washes and de-icing operations, preventing brakes from being soaked. Interested parties are invited to submit a written reply of not more than 5 pages, addressing each of the requirements and defining how their location is capable of meeting all of the minimum requirements. • The requirement is for KC-135 Main Landing Gear tire covers • The covers must be manufactured in accordance with 1C-135-2-2-2 Para 13.2.2 • The covers must cover the entirety of the aircraft wheel during aircraft washes and de-icing operations • The covers must prevent brakes from being soaked • Interested parties must submit a written reply of not more than 5 pages
