Sunday Parkways Solicitation

The City of Portland is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams, or consultants to provide volunteer management, event course management, traffic control deployment, and event sponsorship services for the Sunday Parkways program. The successful proposer will be required to recruit and manage volunteers, plan and implement traffic control, provide public outreach and communication, and develop event sponsorships.
