Emergency Lighting System - Vehicle Up-fitting

The Sheriff Division is seeking bids for vehicle up-fitting projects for various 2024 Chevy models. The projects include the installation of emergency lighting systems, sirens, speakers, and other equipment. The contractor shall provide and install all necessary equipment and ensure that the work is performed by a factory-certified technician to manufacturer specifications. The contractor shall also provide warranty services for the installed equipment. The bid submission should include all applicable fees, charges, and taxes. • The contractor shall furnish and install a Whelen C399SH CORE-S with CCTL6 rotary siren/slide switch controller, SA315 speaker, Howler low frequency speaker, and correct mounting brackets. • A Whelen 9XT2P3HIDLE 54” DUO lightbar with red/white, blue/white modules and rear TA capabilities shall be installed on the roof with the correct stainless steel mounting brackets. • Whelen MBCT21 w/ MBIONR & MBIONB mirror beams with LINSV2R/LINSV2B 180degree under pucks shall be installed on the rearview mirrors. • The contractor shall properly isolate the lights away from the BCM to eliminate OEM issues. • The contractor shall install the department provided Motorola APX8500 mobile radio and antenna. • The custody transport system shall consist of a Setina PK1156TAH21 #10XL front partition, QK2041TAH21 replacement seat/rear partition and center pull smart belts, TPO door panels and poly window barriers.
