The University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI) Athletics Department is seeking responses to provide an indoor, turnkey, commercial-grade golf simulator. The simulator will primarily serve as a training and coaching tool for UMPI’s collegiate men’s and women’s golf teams. Secondly, it will provide community rental opportunities. The selected indoor golf simulator must be commercial grade, with high accuracy, and be highly durable. A turnkey package must include design, all equipment and materials, installation, calibration, training, and ongoing support. Key features include: • Equipment and Materials: Hitting mat, stance/turf, netting/padding for the ceiling and side(s) • Site and Space: Minimum room clearance (unobstructed): 15’ W × 10’ H × 20’ D • Performance: Dual-radar and/or radar & vision hybrid capable of indoor ball flight and club delivery tracking • Software (Coaching & Play): Course library, practice modes, putting reads, coaching tools, competition, user management • Display & A/V: Projector, impact screen, audio • Enclosure & Hitting Surface: Enclosure, mats/turf, putting surface • Training & Documentation: On-site training, quick-start guides, as-builts • Services/Support & Warranty: 7-day/week technical support, remote support, warranty, preventive maintenance
