ABPP Prep Center Fresh Produce Delivery Service

The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles (ABPP) Prep Center is seeking a qualified supplier to provide fresh, high‑quality fruits, vegetables, dairy, and juices on a monthly basis. The contract will be awarded on a line‑item basis with a base period of one year and up to four optional one‑year extensions, subject to budget availability. Deliveries must occur the next business day after a purchase order is issued, and all produce must meet USDA/FDA food‑safety standards. The supplier must invoice electronically and comply with state procurement regulations, including E‑Verify and insurance requirements. • Provide a variety of seasonal fresh produce (leafy greens, root vegetables, citrus, berries, etc.) each month. • Deliver the next business day after PO receipt, with signed delivery receipt. • Meet USDA/FDA safety guidelines, maintain commercial general liability insurance, and submit net‑30 invoices to the designated email address. • Contract value capped at $25,000 total, with a base 12‑month term and potential extensions up to five years.
