Request for Qualifications: JEDI Zone Facade Improvement Program Service Providers

The City of Los Angeles is issuing an RFQ to pre‑qualify firms that can provide architectural/design, construction‑management, and construction services for façade improvement projects within the city’s JEDI Zones. Selected firms will be placed on a three‑year “bench list” and may be called on an as‑needed basis to design, manage, and construct storefront upgrades funded by the General Fund and CDBG. The RFQ does not guarantee work; firms must meet qualifications, hold appropriate licenses, and be able to comply with ADA, CEQA, NEPA, and prevailing‑wage requirements.
