The selected institution will be required to provide services for a period of 5 years. The City is looking for a institution that can provide a range of services including but not limited to checking and savings accounts, loans, and investment services. The institution will be required to have a strong financial position, a good reputation, and a commitment to customer service. • The institution must have a physical presence in Rhode Island • The institution must have experience in providing banking services to municipalities • The institution must have a strong financial position and a good reputation • The institution must be able to provide a range of services including checking and savings accounts, loans, and investment services • The institution must have a commitment to customer service and be able to provide responsive and reliable service to the City
